Cancellation Policy

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will not be accommodated due to other bookings. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook. You will also be charged a late fee of $50 upon rebooking. For cancellations or to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior, to avoid being charged upon rebooking.
